Now in its 28th edition, in-cosmetics global 2018 is fast approaching and will soon open its doors to the personal care ingredients community at the RAI, Amsterdam on the 17-19th April. in-cosmetics global is always a fascinating display of innovative product launches, industry trends and consumer insights. You may just be able to squeeze it all in over the three days! However, if you are pushed for time I have handpicked my top three highlights that are a must see for 2018.
- ‘The Microbiome of the skin’ Workshop – Skin microbial flora is a huge trend this year, especially with respects to its effects on appearance and skin disorders. Current thinking links microbial disturbances in the microflora to acne, psoriasis and eczema. This is cutting edge stuff and not to be missed! In the meantime, swot up on the subject and read our blog on the skin microbiome.
- The Oat Cosmetics Stand – As you may already be aware, Oat Cosmetics is launching a new ingredient at in-cosmetics global. We will be debuting aurafirm at stand F201 on Tuesday 17th April so make sure you set some time aside to discover our new Oat fermented actives which accelerates skin microbiome recovery. - Innovation Zone – Always a personal favourite of mine! The Innovation Zone highlights the latest ingredients and formulations to have hit the market. It provides a snapshot of industry innovations and the best the industry has to offer – and the displays are always inspiring. Oat Cosmetics will also be debuting their latest product launch in this area.
