Oat COM in Indie Beauty: A Story of Success

In another story of success, we’re delighted to announce that Kinfield, a Brooklyn-based indie beauty brand, recently launched a solid moisturising stick containing our high-quality colloidal oatmeal, Oat COM.

The Brand

Whilst preparing for a camping trip just a couple of years ago, Kinfield founder Nichole Powell discovered there to be a distinct lack of clean alternatives to skincare products developed with the outdoors in mind. It was with this realisation that Kinfield was born to ‘inspire happier, healthier lives through the great outdoors’. This clean-beauty brand has sustainability at its very core, opting to offset their carbon footprint, forgo unnecessary packaging materials, and select only ingredients from sustainable sources among many other admirable environmental polices.

The Product

Kinfield’s Waterbalm Moisturiser effortlessly embodies everything the brand stands for: convenient yet highly effacious skincare that’s perfect for on-the-go. The lightweight moisturiser promises to instantly revitalise dull, dry skin – providing a water-break feeling without leaving any greasy residue behind. Packed with a host of wonderful, natural ingredients to restore skin after a long day in the great outdoors, it’s the inclusion of our colloidal oatmeal that enables the product to optimally hydrate and soothe skin whilst locking in moisture to prevent further drying. Oat COM also contains high levels of antioxidants – avenanthramides in particular – which work to reduce redness and irritation, providing welcome relief for dry or sun-caught skin.
