Manufacturing Procedure
- Weigh all Phase A ingredients and heat to 70°C.
- Weigh and melt all Phase B ingredients.
- Combine A and B under high-speed stirring for 20 minutes at 3000rpm.
- Cool to 40° and add Phase C under continuous stirring, mixing for 20 minutes.
- Cool down to room temperature, then add Phase D and mix for 20 minutes (adjust pH to 5.5-5.7 if necessary).
