SPF 15 Sun Cream

Method
- Using high speed mechanical stirring, add Phase A and fully disperse in water.
- Heat Phase A to 70°C with constant stirring.
- In a side vessel mix the ingredients from Phase B and heat to 70°C until melted and uniform.
- Using homogenisation, add Phase B to Phase A and shear mix for 2-3 minutes.
- With continuing homogenisation, add Phase C and shear mix for a further 1-2 minutes until the emulsion is viscous, smooth and shiny.
- Cool the emulsion to ambient temperature with constant stirring.
