Lipstick
A great coverage, long wear lipstick with a silky finish. The addition of Oat Lipid e adds a glossiness to the formulation and helps enhance the colour and disperse the pigment.

Method
- Add the items of Phase A in to the main vessel.
- Heat to 80-85°C and mix until homogeneous.
- Add Phase B with high shear until the pigments are dispersed and maintain temperature.
- Add Phase C and mix until homogenous. Maintain temperature.
- Add Phase D mix until homogenous.
