Method
- Add purified water to the main vessel.
- Apply high speed mechanical stirring and individually add and dispense the ingredients from Phase A.
- Heat Phase A to 70°C.
- In a separate vessel mix the ingredients from Phase B.
- Heat and melt Phase B at 70°C.
- With both phases at 70°C slowly add Phase B to Phase A and homogenise for 2-3 minutes until uniform.
- Cool to ambient temperature with constant mechanical stirring.
- Ensure pH is 5-6.
