This powder demonstrates the use of Oat Lipid e in a traditional colour cosmetic product. The inclusion of Oat Lipid e softens and nourishes dry skin.

Method
- Predisperse the Phase A items into Magsil Mirage 500 using a powder blender.
- Add the ingredients from Phase B to Phase A and mix until homogeneous.
- Premix Phase C.
- Add Phase C premix to the powder bulk in a steady stream whilst mixing.
- Mill/pulverise bulk until uniform.
