Method
- Add Purified Water into the main vessel
- Add and disperse Disodium EDTA, Glycerin and Euxyl with stirring, then add and disperse Keltrol and Optigel with high speed stirring
- Commence heating to 70°C with continuous high speed stirring
- In a separate vessel mix and melt Phase B to 70°C
- Apply homogenisation and slowly add the oil phase to the aqueous phase and shear for 5-10 minutes until smooth and uniform before cooling to below 35°C using constant stirring
- Add Phase C with stirring
- Add Citric acid to adjust the pH to 5-6 then make to weight and stir cool to ambient temperature
