Method
- Mix the items of Phase A in suitable side vessel.
- Add the ingredients in Phase B to the main vessel and heat to 50-55°C until the wax melts. Mix until homogneous and maintain temperature.
- Add Phase C to Phase B with high shear until dispersed.
- Cool to 40°C.
- Add Phase A and Phase B very slowly with low shear and stirring; ensure each addition is mixed before further additions.
- Add Phase D and mix until homogenous.
