Method
- Add the water into the main vessel and apply mechanical stirrer (taking care to not aerate).
- Add and disperse Carbopol Aqua SF-1.
- Add and disperse Plantacare 2000, Plantacare 818, Surfac B4 and Comperlan COD with stirring.
- Add and disperse Euxyl PE9010 and Merquat 550.
- Add Sodium Hydroxide, slowing the stirrer as required to prevent aeration as viscosity builds.
- Add and disperse aurafirm N.
- Stir until uniform.
- Adjust to pH 6-7.
