This is a unique and strategic role where you will be contributing directly to the company’s success and making a real difference by generating effective communications for the business that will lead to its continued growth.
Bring your entrepreneurship, expertise and experience to plan and carry out our marketing strategy in supplying high quality oat ingredients through a global distributor chain to manufacturers and formulators.The supply of natural ingredients is very competitive, and we pride ourselves that our marketing is of the highest standard.We operate internationally giving the successful candidate the opportunity to travel overseas.
· Overall responsibility for planningand carrying out the Marketing Strategy
· Deliver technical messages through various media (print/online/social media)
· Work closely with our Business Development Manager to actively support our distributors
· Build our brand
· Enhance product marketing and campaign management
· Line management responsibility for the Marketing and Communications Assistant
- Innovative, hands on and pro-active
- Relevant marketing experience both online and print
- Strong team worker
- Creative with budgets available
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Enthusiastic to be the driving force of our marketing strategy
- Ability to understand and communicate technical messages to various audiences
- Ability to travel abroad occasionally to meet distributors and customers
- Ability to understand simple organic chemistry (desirable)
