Lip Primer – Lip Scuff
Prep and prime the lips for lasting lip colour. This Lip Scuff removes dead skin cells through exfoliant and enzymatic actions and hydrates, smooths and refines lips with the inclusion of Oat Lipid e and Oat COM USP.

Method
- Into the main vessel add Phase A and heat to 80-85°C until molten.
- Mix until homogeneous and maintain temperature.
- Add Phase B into the main vessel and mix until homogeneous and the pigment is fully dispersed.
- Add Phase C into the main vessel and mix until homogeneous.
- Add Phase D into the main vessel and mix until homogeneous.
