Dry Skin Relief Cream

Method

  1. Add water to the main vessel.
  2. Mix Phase A into the water on a fast speed until dissolved and no lumps remain.
  3. Slowly sprinkle Phase B into the vessel and increase mixer speed until batch is thickened, lump free and homogenous. Reduce mixer speed to moderate.
  4. Add Phase C into the main vessel and mix until dispersed. Commence heating to 69°C.
  5. Mix Phase D in a separate premix vessel and commence heating to 69°C.
  6. When both vessels are at 69°C add the premix vessel to the main vessel and homogenise for 5 minutes.
  7. After 5 minutes, cool to 23°C.
  8. When the bulk is 40°C or below, add Phase E and mix until dispersed.
  9. Continue cooling to 23°C.
