Method
- Add the water into the main vessel.
- With stirring, add and disperse Disodium EDTA and DermiVeil.
- Add and disperse Glycerin and Euxyl PE9010.
- Heat Phase A to 70°C.
- In a side vessel, add all the ingredient in Phase B.
- Heat to 70°C until melted.
- With both phases at 70°C, apply homogenisation and slowly add Phase B to Phase A.
- Homogenise for 1 minute.
- With continuing homogenisation, add Sepigel and shear for a further 4-5 minutes.
- Move to stirring and stir-cool to ambient temperature. Ensure the pH is 5-7.
