BB Cream
Multi-functional BB cream, enriched with Oat SILK 12 gives a light make up effect whilst minimizing the appearance of an uneven skin tone. The result is a bright, even and mattified complexion. Oat Lipid e provides deep skin nourishment to hydrate the face.

Method
- Add materials from Phase A to the water with stirring and heat to 70°C.
- In a separate vessel, premix Phase B and heat to 70°C until melted and uniform.
- Add Phase C to Phase B with high speed stirring.
- Use a homogeniser and add the combined Phase B and C to Phase A and shear for 2-3 minutes until uniform.
- Add Phase D and continue to shear until the emulsion is viscous, bright and uniform.
- Commence cooling with constant stirring to ambient temperature.
- Make to weight with purified water, record pH and viscosity.
