aurafirm Natural Cream

A largely natural cream containing Oat Lipid and aurafirm N. Ceramide-rich Oat Lipid replenishes skin lipids and locks in moisture. aurafirm N firms and plumps the skin for a more youthful complexion, and encourages growth of good skin bacteria to boost skin health.

Method

Add water into the main vessel and start the mixer on speed 20.
Add the ingredients from Phase A into the main vessel.
Mix until fully dispersed and no lumps remain. Use the emulsifier at speed 500 for 30 seconds if any lumps persist.
Add the ingredients from Phase B into the main vessel.
Mix until dispersed then commence heating the main vessel to 75-80°C.
Add all the ingredients from Phase C into a premix vessel.
Heat the premix vessel to 75-80°C.
When both vessels are at 75-80°C, add the premix vessel into the main vessel.
Increase the mixer to speed 40.
Turn on the emulsifier at speed 2000.
Mix and homogenise for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes switch off the emulsifier.
Programme the cooling jacket to 25°C.
When the bulk is 40°C or below, add Phase D into the main vessel and mix until dispersed.
When the bulk is 23°C, check the product specifications.
