Manufacturing Procedure
- Into a suitable vessel discharge the water, and add the Oat COM with high speed stirring until dispersed with no clumps.
- Commence heating and heat to 75°C.
- In a seperate vessel weigh out the oil phase ingredients and heat to 75°C.
- When both phases are 75°C, combine on the silverson by adding the oil phase to the main water phase and silverson for 5 mins.
- Add Lecigel and silverson for a further 5 mins.
- Cool down to <40°C with stirring. Add the Verstatil BOB with stirring until uniform.
- Adjust the pH to 5.5-6.0.
