Manufacturing Procedure
- Charge water to the main vessel and incorporate Phase A ingredients sequentially under propeller mixing, ensuring no air is entrapped.
- Heat the batch to 75°C and homogenise for 5 minutes at 9000 RPM.
- In a separate vessel, premix and heat Phase B ingredients to 75°C until fully melted and homogeneous.
- Slowly add Phase B to Phase A and homogenise for 5 minutes at 9000 RPM.
- Switch to propeller mixing and begin cooling; at 40°C, add Phase C and mix until completely uniform.
- Continue cooling to room temperature, stir for a further 30 minutes, and adjust the final pH to 5.5–6.0.
