As per last week’s update, the Oat Team are working from home but remain at your disposal to answer any queries. We are currently still able to process orders as usual, with all our systems operating as expected, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

The situation in the UK this week remains broadly the same as last, with the Oat Team still working from home and closely following the government’s social distancing advice as far as possible. Fortunately, our manufacturing plants remain online and our warehouses operational, meaning, should you wish to place an order through your local distributor, we should be able to action this as soon as possible.
As before, our staff remain at your disposal to answer any queries you may have, so please don’t hesitate to contact us through our website or pick up the phone – we’d love to chat!

The world is facing a truly unprecedented situation with the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak affecting people and businesses globally, and we want to reassure you that we’re keeping a close eye on official advice whilst making every effort to continue business as usual for you.
With the UK government recently announcing new advice about how we can reduce the spread of the virus, and the wellbeing of our team, suppliers, partners and customers our main priority, the majority of the Oat Cosmetics Team will now be working from home for the foreseeable future – the exception to this being a skeleton staff who will keep the main office and important business systems running. During this period, we will strive to continue with a business as usual approach – making sure that your orders are fulfilled on time, technical questions and enquiries are answered, engaging content is made available at the click of a button, and whilst our Sales Team won’t be making any business trips for a while, they would love to chat with you via phone or video link anytime during normal working hours.
We will endeavour to keep our community up to date regarding future changes to this situation and hope that you and your loved ones stay safe and well at this difficult time.
